Wedding Business...

Whether I have told you or not escapes me, so I will mention it just in case. My best friend's sister is getting married this weekend and my mom and I are helping decorate, cater, and assist in various little pre-wedding tasks to make sure the occasion is a posh affair ;)

Well, we have now entered CRUNCH TIME! The planning is complete, the shopping...should already be...complete and now its GO TIME! Tonight my mom and I will rush to the church after work to set up the rather tedious decor and hopefully be done before midnight :( A great deal of decorating will still need to be made tomorrow as well, for the pillars and candelabras won't be rented until then. In addition to this, we will be assisting in the catering and helping at the rehearsal and such. Not to mention the involvement we will have on Saturday!

I tell ya, you can do as much pre-planning, shopping, strategies, and brainstorming as you want, but frivolous little things ALWAYS come up?~! The smallest detail...such as one candle missing...can send you into a state of panic with images of a ruined wedding.

However, all this preparation doesn't go unnoticed, because we expect a wonderful day on Saturday and wont forget the special occasion we have gotten to be part of! Love that wedding business :)
